Those substances have been proven to cause health issues in many studies. EWG publishes an annual list known as the Dirty Dozen, highlighting fruits and vegetables with higher pesticide residues, and the Clean Fifteen, showcasing those with lower residues. Using this resource helps consumers make informed choices about their produce.
Mindful Beauty Choices
Make-up brands are also loaded with many toxins and synthetic substances. I found out that most of my products had toxic chemicals my skin was absorbing and probably causing me allergies, hormonal dysfunction, and more.
Looking for some natural brands is an option. If not, you can always discover natural alternatives and DIY recipes that will enhance your beauty and protect your body from harmful chemicals.
